Terms & conditions

The terms that apply when you buy from MIRAVEELLE. Written to be read, not skipped.

Last updated: 28 September 2026

Who we are

This online shop at miraveelle.shop is operated by ROBERT ANTHONY OF SUFFOLK LIMITED, trading as MIRAVEELLE, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 07962442, registered office 38 Mayfly Way, Evolve, Ardleigh, Essex, CO7 7WX, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”). Contact: support@miraveelle.shop, +44 7703 863220. More details are on our Legal Information page.

Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through this website by consumers, meaning individuals buying for purposes outside their trade or profession. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. The version of these terms that applies is the one shown when you place your order. You can save or print this page at any time; your order details are in your order confirmation e-mail.

Products and images

Each product page describes the design, the prints, sizes, materials and care. Images show the design and how it can be worn; colours can look slightly different on different screens, and swim shorts are photographed in the 7-inch inseam. Clothing and items shown in lifestyle photos other than the named product are not included. If an image and the written description differ, the written description applies.

Our swimwear is made for swimming and relaxing at the pool, lake or beach. It is not competition swimwear and is not a buoyancy aid or life-saving equipment.

How a contract is made

  1. The products on our website are not a binding offer but an invitation to order.
  2. You can review and correct your order at any time before you submit it. By clicking the button “Place order and pay”, you make a binding offer to buy the products in your bag.
  3. We then send you an order confirmation by e-mail. That e-mail accepts your offer and the contract is concluded.
  4. If we cannot accept your order — for example because an item is no longer available or a pricing error is obvious — we will tell you straight away and refund any payment in full.

The contract language is the language of the website version you used; these terms are available in English, German, Danish, French, Spanish and Dutch. We store the contract text; if you created an account you can see your orders there.

Prices and currency

All prices include applicable taxes. Shipping costs are added and shown in your bag and at checkout before you place your order. You can view and pay in US dollars (USD), euros (EUR), pounds sterling (GBP), Danish kroner (DKK) or Swedish kronor (SEK). Prices in currencies other than USD are converted at fixed rates that we update regularly and rounded to whole amounts. The currency and total shown at checkout are exactly what we charge. Your bank or card issuer may charge fees for payments in a foreign currency; these are outside our control.

Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may, depending on the destination country, be subject to import duties or taxes collected by the carrier or customs. If you are asked to pay any such charge on delivery, please contact us before paying so we can help.

Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Payment is taken when you place your order. Card payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal payments by PayPal; we never see or store your full card details. Card payments appear on your statement as MIRAVEELLE.

The goods remain our property until paid in full.

Delivery

We deliver to the countries listed on our Shipping page. We dispatch within 1–3 business days after the contract is concluded; delivery times after dispatch are listed on the Shipping page. If we cannot deliver within 30 days of the contract, we will tell you and you can cancel for a full refund.

Right of withdrawal and returns

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. The withdrawal instructions and the model withdrawal form are on our Returns & refunds page, and you can withdraw online at any time during the withdrawal period with our withdrawal function. In addition, we offer a voluntary 30-day return period for unworn items to customers in every country we deliver to, as described on that page. The voluntary policy does not limit your statutory rights.

Statutory rights for faulty goods

You have the legal rights of your country if goods are faulty or not as described. In the EU this includes a legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years from delivery (in Denmark: reklamationsret under the Danish Sale of Goods Act); in the UK it includes your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We do not give an additional commercial guarantee.

Promotions

We currently don’t run discount codes or promotions. If we do in future, the conditions (duration, eligible products, minimum order value and how discounts combine) will be stated clearly next to the promotion.

Customer account

You can check out as a guest or create an account. Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity in your account. You can ask us to close your account at any time.

Liability

We are liable according to the statutory provisions for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory product liability law. For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — print designs, texts, images, logos and the MIRAVEELLE name — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in the EU or elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts of that country.

If something goes wrong, please contact us first — most problems are solved quickly by e-mail. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Changes

We may update these terms for future orders. The terms in force when you placed your order apply to that order.
