Withdraw from contract

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you can withdraw from your contract within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Use the form below: enter your name, your order number and the e-mail address you used for the order, check the details, then press Confirm withdrawal. We send you a confirmation of receipt by e-mail with the date and time we received your declaration.

You can also withdraw by e-mail to support@miraveelle.shop or with the model form on our Returns & refunds page. Customers outside the EU and UK can use this form too for our voluntary 30-day returns.

After we receive your declaration, we send you the return address. Refunds follow the rules on the Returns & refunds page.
