Returns & refunds

Our 30-day return policy

For customers in every country we deliver to, you can return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price, as long as they are:

• unworn beyond trying on (try swimwear on over your own underwear),
• not washed and not worn in water,
• with the hygiene liner (swim shorts) and all tags still attached.

This voluntary return policy is in addition to your statutory rights described below.

How to return

1. E-mail support@miraveelle.shop with your order number and the items you’re sending back — or use our online withdrawal function if you are in the EU or UK.
2. We reply within two business days with the return address. Please don’t send returns to our registered office.
3. Pack the items securely and send them with a tracked service. Keep the receipt from the post office.

Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one, you pay for the return shipping.

Refunds

We refund to the original payment method, in the currency you paid, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal or return request. We may wait until we have received the items back or you have shown proof of sending them, whichever is earlier. If you return your whole order within the statutory withdrawal period, we also refund the standard shipping cost you paid.

If items come back worn, washed or damaged beyond what’s needed to check them, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value.

Exchanges

We don’t do direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or inseam you want — that’s the fastest way.

Faulty or wrong items

If something arrives faulty or not as described, e-mail us with your order number and a photo. We’ll pay for the return and send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping. Your statutory rights for faulty goods apply for at least two years from delivery in the EU (in Denmark: reklamationsret) and under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in the UK.

Right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers)

Withdrawal instructions

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods that are delivered separately, the period starts when you receive the last one.

You can use our online withdrawal function or the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods to the return address we give you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
