Where we deliver, what it costs and how long it takes. Every parcel is tracked.

Where we deliver
We deliver to the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada and these EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Sweden. If your country isn’t in the list at checkout, we can’t deliver there yet.
Rates and times
One flat rate per order, whatever you put in the bag. Rates are set in US dollars and shown in your chosen currency in the bag and at checkout.

We don’t offer free shipping. The shipping cost is always shown before you place your order.
Processing
We pack and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). When your parcel leaves, you get an e-mail with the tracking link. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and can be longer during peak periods or bad weather.
Duties and taxes
Prices include applicable taxes. Depending on your country, the carrier or customs may charge import duties or taxes on delivery for parcels coming from the United Kingdom. If you are asked to pay such a charge, please contact us before paying and we’ll help.
Something went wrong?
If your tracking hasn’t moved for 7 business days, a parcel arrives damaged, or something is missing, e-mail support@miraveelle.shop with your order number and, for damage, a photo. We’ll sort it out with the carrier and send a replacement or refund.
